Ambitious, patient, cautious, responsible and determined are all words that someone would use to describe the Capricorn personality. Since the zodiac sign I myself was born under is Capricorn, I can attest to these descriptive words being very true of my personality base. One piece of advice I have received from other astrologers I have talked to about my zodiac sign is that, being a Capricorn, you take on all the responsibilities of the world around you. In other words, you feel like it is always your responsibility to do this or do that for others as well as yourself. Well, guess whatâ¦it is not. When you get frustrated because you feel like you are doing more than you should, stop yourself and say "is this my responsibility and if it is not, then don't do it. If you adapt this attitude, a Capricorns life will be so much more rewarding and less stressful.
               FITNESS: Capricorns rule the joints, bones, teeth and the knees, so for us a lot of heavy lifting and exercises that require putting pressure on the knee joints should be avoid or at the very least done in moderation. You have to be very careful with running and lifting, for the same reason as stated above. Although, vigorous workouts should not be on your to do list, the only way for us Capricorns to stop and take that extra time to relax is through our exercise routine. What I mean by this is practicing such exercises as yoga and Pilates that require disciplined breathing and postures designed to stretch out the muscles and joints. Also, from practicing such forms and breathing techniques, you are allowing for that much need relaxation to come over your body. Leaving you stress free, for at least the moment.
               DIET: Since bones and teeth are amongst the Capricorns ruling, a large intake of calcium and a small intake of sugary substances should be something you live by. For you sticking to a diet of low- carbohydrate food that are rich in protein will not only help strengthen your bones and joints but will also add that much need energy that a Capricorn needs to get through their hectic work schedule, or should I say their hectic "responsibility" schedule. A mineral that you should pay particular attention to is one by the name of calcium phosphate which helps with bone formation and the composition of the skeleton. This important mineral that the Capricorn zodiac sign should ingest comes in the form of oranges, lemons, figs, kale, spinach, broccoli, corn, potatoes, almonds, walnuts, whole wheat, oats, and brown rice.  Also, when putting together a healthy balanced daily diet, a Capricorn should take care to include such things as a fresh raw salad, plenty of fresh fruits and veggies, lean protein, eggs, and whole wheat breads to this diet. It will help you stay healthy both mentally and physically.
               SKIN CARE: Capricorn, you are one of the unlucky people who have been "blessed" with dry skin as well as sensitive skin. Especially if you live somewhere colder, the winter time can be a very hard time for the Capricorn skin. Although drinking plenty of water will help your dry and sensitive skin, essential oils found in organic skin care products can be a very big help for you. This is due to an organic skin care ingredients such as Chamomile Oil or Sesame Seed Oil being able to fully moisturize and soothe your sensitive skin. Also eating things high in sugar is very bad for your skin, almost immediately affecting the Capricorn face that is known for its beauty. Sun tanning can do a number of your sensitive and dry skin due to the fact that if put too much in the suns way, you can very quickly take on that old cracked leather complexion that many sun seekers have. By making sure to use a sun block and making the choice towards those organic skin care ingredients that were talked about, Capricorns notorious dry and sensitive skin will be something of the past.
               Being a Capricorn is a big responsibility assigned to the person who was enough to be born under this zodiac sign. You are a thinker and a feeler all rolled into one which can be pretty interesting to watch. Though being around negativity and going through tough times can make you depressed Capricorn (you are the most prone to depression in the zodiac), you have a drive and will power that is unmatched by all others. Just remember when those gloomy moods hit you, that it will not last forever and just like the goat who climbs the mountain step by step, you too Capricorn will come out of this stronger and better than before.  A piece of good advice to remember, as you age your health seems to improve so plan on living a long life, and make it all worth it.
