Following the solar month we now begin the lunar month of Rabbit, the month of Earth Rabbit to be more precise, a not altogether harmonious and lively Rabbit, but it does have some good to offer us nonetheless. This being the year of Tiger, the Rabbit brings love to the whole world.

Chinese astrological charts for this month were made for Greenwich, UK; Berlin, Germany; Delhi, India; Washington DC and Albuquerque, New Mexico to give an idea of the way the energy shifts all over the earth at the same time in the heavens. In general, the element Wood is strongest now. There may be an increase in crimes of passion. The general emotional climate may be stormy. There is a desire among the people for movement and change felt in the UK. Business conditions are unstable and need cautious attention. This is a good month for movement, making changes in work, traveling, moving house or just rearranging the house. If ever there was a time for spring cleaning, this is it. Change the energy. Change your luck.

For Germany and the rest of Central Europe there appears in the chart the luckiest of stars, Tien Yi, giving hope that whatever predicaments there have been are now coming to some resolution, however minor. Opportunities for progress may begin to appear this spring. The Star of Prosperity shines as well. Conditions should begin to improve.

For India the signs are all for prosperity and saving up money. India is in a relatively fortunate position. It is in the best interest for people living in that country to continue to build and plan for the future. The time appears fertile.

For the US, as seen in the chart for Washington DC, the conditions are not unlike those of the UK. Unless arguments resolve and positive decisions are made to grow the country can look forward to crippling developments. Too much arguing results in stiffling the very thing that is at stake. This is a time when change is necessary. Without making a change in the direction that the nation is taking the nation will become frustrated. There is a danger that decisions can be made to stiffle what is needed. Vision is buried in strife.

For Albuquerque, being in the US, conditions for the most part are the same as in the rest of the country. Business is unstable and the mood is aggressive. It is very important for people in Albuquerque, according to what the Chinese chart is saying, to exercise discipline and be mindful of boundaries. Nonetheless, unlike the chart for DC, Albuquerque has the luckiest of stars, Tien Yi, shining overhead to help resolve predicaments and bring unexpected luck.
