Carmen founded the Astrological Self Awareness Center in 2005 as a way to reach out to other through the internet and to connect with individuals all over the world. For the past 16 years, she has provided astrological counseling, practical counseling and life coaching to individuals, teenagers, children and couples using a variety of specialized techniques. Noticing her skills at an early age Carmen has been studying astrology, religion and metaphysics since the age of 16.

The most important component in life is commitment. I wanted to broaden my training and skills in many different disciplines to enable myself to truly counsel my clients using the mind-body-spirit connection. My main mission is to bring astrology into the helping professions and increase its acceptance in the mental health field as an educational tool."

Carmen will be hosting a BBS Radio Show. The show is called "Astrology Awareness" Practical Astrology and Spiritual Counseling on Sundays at 2 PM EST, 1 PM CST and 11 AM PST.
